Pablo Zaburlin

Legislative advisor in the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, where he specializes in territorial development, public policy management, and state administration. Previously was the Executive Director of Administration for the government of the city of Santa Fe, Director of Administration at the Ministry of Infrastructure, and Director and Vice President of ASSA, the second largest water treatment and sanitation company in Argentina, that provides drinking water and sanitation to 2.2+ million inhabitants in over 15 cities.

 

Holds a degree in public accounting, Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Argentina; with postgraduate coursework in applied geopolitics, Universidad de la Defensa Nacional; digital transformation, Universidad Tecnologica Nacional, and public administration, Universidad Nacional del Litoral.   
 

Goal at MIT is to enhance knowledge and skills in urban planning, policymaking, and public administration related to water management, natural resources, and city infrastructure, with particular interest in managing water as a strategic resource and promoting its sustainable use. Aims to build a deeper understanding of international best practices, sustainability approaches, and efficient policies in the water and public services sector through interdisciplinary academic coursework and collaborative projects; and to broaden understanding of effective governance and management strategies through exposure to diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
